Labelkraft primarily manufactures and supplies customized, made-to-order, size-specific, and application-specific products based on Customer specifications, drawings, samples, or approvals. Accordingly, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

No Returns for Customized / Made-to-Order Goods All customized, printed, converted, slit, die-cut, or specially manufactured products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, as such goods are unique to the Customer and cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed.

In case a cancellation is exceptionally accepted by Labelkraft in writing, the Customer shall be liable to pay all costs incurred till date, including but not limited to raw materials, processing, setup, plates, dies, tooling, design, testing, and overheads, plus reasonable margins.
